I have utilized St Clair Chevrolet, etc.for about 10 years. I would not say that the service dept has improved but they were excellent then and have become even more excellent now. Customers are treated with Courtesy and respect from the minute you arrive until finished. This service department is consistently outstanding from Tammi, head of service to the young greeter who opens your car door and immediately places a paper mat on the floor. The person I usually deal with is Cindy who never has a problem she can't solve efficiently and promptly.

I was with another Chevy dealership for 20 years. The last few times there, was not treated very well. Went into St Clair Chevy to browse for a new truck.
